추혜진/Hye Jin Choo(Jinny)Representative

PhD in Imaging Science and Film Animation Lecturer, Visual Artist, Art Therapist HyeJin CHOO received an MFA in Art and Film from the Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia, and Film, Chung-Ang University, Seoul in Korea and a Doctorate in Animation Theory and Contents Producing from the same university in 2015. She majored in Illustration and nimation, and started her career as a freelance artist producer in animation and media arts. She has been spending eight years in academia teaching animation and its related fields as a part-time lecturer nha University, Dongduck Womems University etc., and as an adjunct professor at Korea National University of Arts where she has also carried out research in integrated art education and art therapy using animation. She has used animation techniques in workshops and clinical practice since 2010. She has chaired or participated in several international film festivals for 16 years including SIGGRAPH Asia, GISF SF Festival 2011, Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival(SICAF) and Puchon International Student Animation Festival(PISAF). She is currently involved in the Korean Indie-AniFest as a programmer, and producer for Relay Animation Project.

2010년 중앙대학교 첨단영상대학원에서 애니메이션 제작 전공으로 영상예술학 석사 학위를, 2015년 동대학에서 영상학 박사 학위를 받았다. 한국예술종합학교 영상원 애니메이션과 객원교수로 재직 중이며, 애니메이션과 인터랙티브 디지털 아트를 가르치고 있다. 2010년부터 어린이와 청소년, 성인을 대상으로 애니메이션 테라피 워크숍을 진행하면서 애니메이션을 활용한 통합예술교육과 예술치료 프로그램을 연구 중이다. 교육 및 연구와 함께 2000년부터 부천국제학생애니메이션페스티벌(PISAF)을 시작으로 서울국제만화애니메이션페스티벌(SICAF), 과천국제SF영화제의 프로그래머를 거쳐 현재 시그래프 아시아 2019 컴퓨터 애니메이션 페스티벌 공동의장과 인디애니페스트 프로그래머로 활동하고 있다.

 

 

장은영/Jang Eun Young (Executive PD)

MFA. Graduated in Chuang-Ang University, PHD. Graduated in Kongju National University. Lecturer in Design at Korea National University of Cultural Heritage(2013-2016), Adjunct Professor in Digital Animation at Chosun Univ(2011-2013), Invented Professor in Animation at South Central Univ. for Nationalities(CHINA: 2006-2007), Lecturer in Kongju, KNUA, Kyonggi Univ. etc(2002- 2013). Chief Designer at SICAF(1995-2004), Manager at NEXTOON(1994-2005). PhD., Lecturer at Korea National University of Arts an Adjunct Professor of CAMPUS Asia Project .

중앙대학교 예술대학원에서 애니메이션 전공으로 영상예술학 석사, 2013년 국립 공주대학교 대학원에서 영상학 박사학위를 취득했다. 우한민족대학(중국) 부교수로 재직하였으며, 한양여대, 청강문화산업대, 경기대, 동국대, 공주대, 한국전통문화대 등에서 디지털 디자인 및 애니메이션 제작과 이론을 강의했다. 현재 한국예술종합학교 영상원에서 Campus Asia 프로젝트 겸임교수와 전공 강사로 재직 중이다. 주요연구로는 콘텐츠융합형 교육프로그램 개발 (한국콘텐츠진흥원)>, 애니메이션 셀렉션 (한국콘텐츠진흥원), 미디어리터러시 접근법을 활용한 애니메이션리터러시의 교육적 활용에 관한 연구 (한국연구재단) 등이 있다. 교육 및 이론 연구와 함께 애니메이션, 디자인 제작 업무를 병행하고 있다. 1995년에서 2004년까지 서울국제만화애니메이션페스티벌(SICAF), 부천국제학생애니메이션페스티벌(PISAF)의 디자인물을 제작했으며, 이후 다양한 홍보 영상과 디자인물을 제작하였다. 현재 그림책 '고양이의 계절'(Seasons of the Cat)을 제작중이다 (2019).

유상현/Cooper Sang Hyun Yoo

ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY | School of Arts, Media + Engineering (AME) | Ph.D. Candidate in Media Arts and Science - CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY | Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) | Master of Entertainment Technology - KAIST | Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering Prior to joining KNUANI, he worked in various fields such as interactive performance, digital exhibits, 3D stereoscopic, and stage directing. He has also taught at the college and graduate level topics including filmmaking, entertainment technology, virtual reality, augmented reality, and game design. His research interests include audience interaction, interactive media, mixed reality, and collective intelligence.
